“ I loved this! It can be hard to find Persian food in the twin cities but look no further. The food is great! Very solid choices on the menu(lots of beef, some chicken, some fish, some lamb) for extremely fair prices. I want to highlight though that the family that owns this restaurant is so warm and although the inside doesn’t necessarily have tons of decorations, they make up for it in a big way. I can’t wait to become a regular. ”
“ My family recently discovered Nader Persian Restaurant and in the past couple months I’ve come back here four times. It’s a very small restaurant and you might not think much of it at first glance, but don’t let its size deceive you. This place has the BEST koobideh (ground beef) kabob I have EVER had at any middle eastern restaurant. So juicy and tender and flavorful. Their joojeh (chicken) kabob is also excellent. And their rice is very delicious whatever meat or khoresht you pair it with. The owner and his family are wonderful hosts, very kind. It’s a family run restaurant, and that comes across in the excellent “home cooked meal” feeling you get. I love this place and will be returning many many times for the rest of my life! ”
“ This place is a beautiful small local and family owned restaurant. The kebabs here are extremely delicious and the rice is extremely flavorful as well. The owner was also kind enough to give us desert on the house which was a perfect end to the meal. Would highly recommend this restaurant if lamb and beef kebabs are your thing!! ”
“ I came by myself and enjoyed the food served. I was the only one at the restaurant and food was fast. The restaurant is a bit small so it would feel more bustling with others. I overordered to take it to go. The kebabs were fresh, the baked rice is a bit oily after it cools down. The saffron tea is amazing. Come support their establishment. ”

“ OMG! Eating at this restaurant was such a lovely experience! I felt like I was in my hometown! The food was amazing. I've tried many Persian restaurants in the US, but this one was the best Kebab I've ever had. Everything was just GREAT! The juicy kebab, the Ash Reshteh, the Kashke Bademjoon, and the Bamiyeh! All were made by an Iranian chef, something you cannot find in many places. The people were so kind and they offered many foods on the house! If you ever visit Minneapolis, you MUST try this place! ”
